Why on earth do they put lactose in anti-histamine tablets?
So I think I have gotten something in me that had nuts in it. I ate some chocolate earlier, it doesn't have an allergy warning for nuts, but you never know. I go around feeling queasy for a couple of hours, because I forgot my allergy pills at home, so I go and buy some. They help on queasyness, but I get slight stomach-cramps instead. So I check the instruction booklet. And what do you know? "These pills contain lactose."
So just trade one sort of discomfort for another?
I should have checked before I took them, so it's my own fault.
Oh well....
